Ladies Gym area

Ladies can exercise in the privacy of their own gym. Our ladies only area supports the same range of cardiovascular equipment as found in the mixed gym (matrix) all with LCD TV’s built into them there is cross trainers, accent trainers, treadmills, latest concept 2 rowers, upright cycles, recumbent cycles, steppers, stretching area, also in the ladies there is an adjustable bench and some dumbbells for doing body toning exercisers. Final piece of equipment in the ladies only suite is a vibration power plate for more information plus a demonstration on the vibration plate just click on the vibration plate page on this site. Also don’t forget ladies that you can also use the mixed gym so please have a look round the mixed gym on this site.
